We normally ship stock items within 10 days of order receipt. Signature pieces or custom designs normally ship in 10 days to 14 days of order receipt.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Return Policies

All unused items carry a 7-day money-back guarantee from time of delivery, less shipping and handling charges, provided they are returned undamaged in their original packaging. Items that have been customized, engraved or configured per the customer's request, cannot be returned for refund or credit.
